Privacy Policy

Forever Crossword (forevercrossword.com) is run by Barometer Group LLC. This policy says what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign in. We use it to send your sign-in link and, if you subscribe, your receipts.
• Your leaderboard name, if you choose one. Other players see it on the leaderboard beside your points.
• Your game progress: which words you have solved, your points, and how many words you played each day. We store it so your map follows you from one device to another, and to run the leaderboard and the free daily limit.
• Payment details, if you subscribe. Stripe collects your card details. We never see or store your card number. We receive your subscription status and the date it renews.

If you play without signing in, your progress stays in your browser on your device, and we collect nothing.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not show ads based on it. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Who stores it for us

• Supabase stores accounts and game progress.
• Stripe handles payments.
• Cloudflare delivers the website.

Each one handles your information only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and progress while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your email, name and progress within 30 days. Stripe keeps payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Children

Forever Crossword is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and, if you have an account, tell you by email.
