These terms cover your use of Forever Crossword at forevercrossword.com, run by Barometer Group LLC. By playing, you agree to them.

The game

Anyone can play for free. A free player can finish each day's daily area and solve 25 more words a day. A subscription removes that limit.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that email to yourself. Choose a leaderboard name that is not offensive and does not pretend to be someone else. We may change or remove a name that breaks this rule.

Subscriptions

• A subscription costs $2.99 a month, charged through Stripe at the start of each month of service until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from "Billing and cancel" in your account. You keep the subscription until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund partial months.
• If the price changes, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

Fair play

Do not use software to solve puzzles, alter scores, or interfere with the game or other players. We may remove scores or close accounts that do.

The clues

We check every clue against a published source. Mistakes can still happen. Tell us at info@barometergroup.com and we will fix them.

The game is provided as it is

We work to keep the game running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
